Climate negotiators attending a crucial meeting on global warming in Bonn, Germany, have said that the proposed deal for limiting emissions of climate-warming gases after 2020 is still work in progress.
At the heart of the talks is the to achieve the key goal of convincing most of the countries who are members of the United Nations to commit to their pledge of fighting global warming by accepting prescribed emission standards.
French capital Paris will be hosting a climate changeconference in December, six years after Copenhagen, Denmark, failed to deliver a strong deal in 2009.
